Small Business Automation

We have designed and implemented various processes in small business as software modules, these processes include complete industry and small enterprise processes like Supplier Management, Order Processing, Goods Receipt with Raw Material Inspection, Purchase Bill Management, Payment Advise Generation, Raw Material / Work In Progress / Finish Goods Inventory Management, Customer Management, Quotation Management, Order Confirmation, Manufacturing processes, Delivery processes, Invoice Management and Sales Receipt Management. There are a lot of sub-systems in each of these modules, which can be customized according to the needs.


School/College Management

This Product is used to manage all School/College activities such as student admission, fees structure, fees collection, attendance and examination results. The system has an Employee sub-system, which manages employee information such as payroll system, teaching hours and leave records. The system has a Library Management, which includes Book-stock management, Book Issue/Return Transactions and fine handling system.


Network Marketing (Sales Analysis)

Ameya computers have developed Sales Analysis systems, which support network marketing. A Sales dept of a consumer goods industry is always curious to know about the sales they have achieved in various markets segregated economically, racially and geographically and then be able to make moves to reach the market, which is performing poor using this analysis.


Trust Management

We have developed Trust Management System for various Mandir for managing their day today activities like collecting donations, arranging special programs, managing overall accounting which includes Cash / Bank Payments, Credit / Debit Vouchers, Contra Entries and Reports like head wise and date wise donation reports, Account Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, Day Book and Trial Balance.


Financial Institution Management

We also have products for managing Financial Institutions. This product manages customer’s accounts (Saving/Current/Loan/Cash-Credit). The system also manages various daily transactions and generated daily ledgers.


Sales and Purchase Management for Traders

This software keeps track of Sale and Purchase transactions related with items which traders deal with. It includes Customer Master, Item Master and Supplier Master as one time entries and Sale / Purchase as daily transactions. Invoice Report is generated as per client’s requirement using his/her company logo and invoice format. All other reports include Total Sale Report, customer wise & item wise Sale Report, Total Purchase Report, supplier wise & item wise Purchase Report, etc.

It also includes Quotation and Purchase Order Management

It comprises of Sales of the company. It stores all sales transactions. The main benefit of the system is the reports generated through the application. It shows Monthly Sale Report, Customer wise Sale Report, Item wise Sale Report and Tax Payable Report against Sale Bill Nos.

Quotation and Order Confirmation/ Acceptance Processes are optional in this module.

It comprises of Purchase of the company. It stores all Purchase transactions. The main benefit of the system is the reports generated through the application. It shows Monthly Purchase Report, Supplier wise Purchase Report, Item wise Purchase Report and Tax Paid Report against Purchase Bill Nos.

Quotation Comparison and Purchase Order Processes are optional in this module.


Interlocked Purchase Management

It is one kind of purchase management but with interlocking. The Flow of software starts with Purchase Order Generation to Supplier. Second is Preparation of Goods Receipt Note with Inspection against Delivery Challan of the supplier with reference to Purchase Order raised. Then punching of supplier’s Purchase Bill with the reference of Goods Receipt Note prepared. And finally Payment Advise is generated with reference of the Purchase Bill punched. The Rate and Item Quantity is checked at every step from Purchase Order up to Payment Advise.


Stock Inventory Management Software

Inventory Management is playing a key roll in Industrial Automation. Inventory can be of raw material, In-Process Material or Finish Material. All these inventories are managed through Purchase Entries, Production Entries and Sale Entries automatically. This software protects the company against excessive stock of items as well as shortage stock of items. With this, one can also manage to draw the Report Customer’s 57-F and Supplier’s 57-F Report.

All Stock Reports like Incoming Raw Material Report, Raw Material Consumption Report, In- Process Material Manufacturing Report, In-Process Material Consumption Report, Finish Material Manufacturing Report, Finish Material Sale Report, Value wise Stock Report for Raw, Semi-Finish, Finish Material as well as Reorder Report for the same will be generated.


HRD with Payroll

HRD with Payroll System is designed for salary calculations, incentive calculations, ESI calculations and salary summaries for individual as well as whole organization. It also has the leaves management subsystem, which handles leaves of the every employee.


Computerized Maintenance Management System

CMMS is the interactive software for maintenance department of an organization. It handles the breakdown maintenance as well as preventive maintenance. It also manages the work orders for external job work vendors. It generates the downtime reports of machines, performance of the operators, machines and plant as well.


Mark Memo Management

This software creates student database with subjects they chose. Subject wise marks entry for each student is provided. The main reports of the software are Mark Memos printout on preprinted stationary, Subject wise Ranking, Class wise Ranking, Result Register, and Result Summary Report.


Electronic Instrument Interfacing

We have successfully implemented various applications using Serial (COM) / Parallel (LPT) Ports of a PC to manage/control an instrument/machine. Interfacing Instrument to the PC is very fast and accurate input accepting method, which eliminates all human errors.
